According to Billboard's 'Top 10 Album Sales in the U.S. in 2019,' released on the 9th (local time) based on Nielsen data, the album recorded sales of 454,000 copies, ranking 6th.
American singer Taylor Swift's 'LOVER' took first place with 1,085,000 copies sold, followed by Billie Eilish's 'When We All Fall Asleep, Where Do We Go?' with 676,000 copies.
BTS's album also ranked 66th on the UK Official Charts comprehensive sales ranking, entering as the highest-ranking Korean artist.
Meanwhile, the album set a new record domestically as well. According to the Gaon Chart, a domestic popular music chart, on the 10th, the album recorded sales of 3,718,230 copies last year, achieving the highest annual sales since the chart's inception.
