[Asia Economy Intern Reporter Kim Sung-yeol] Ha Tae-kyung, the responsible representative of the New Conservative Party, criticized the prosecution's high-ranking personnel reshuffle carried out the previous day on the 9th, saying, "The Moon Jae-in administration is committing atrocities that even military dictatorship regimes could not do."

In a post on his Facebook page 'Ha Tae-kyung's Radio Haha' that morning, Ha wrote, "Not only did they commit election fraud by mobilizing state power, but now they are committing serious abuse of authority crimes to cover up their crimes."

Ha said, "This is a purge disguised as personnel reshuffle and a clear obstruction of investigation," adding, "This is a deep-rooted evil 100 times worse than the case of No Tae-gang (former 2nd Vice Minister of Culture, Sports and Tourism), who was demoted in connection with Jung Yoo-ra."

He continued, "The purged prosecution executives were conducting investigations into the pro-Moon Jae-in administration's state power manipulation under the command of Prosecutor General Yoon," and criticized, "The investigations into the Yoo Jae-su surveillance cover-up case and the Ulsan rigged election by government authorities are in full swing, and the Blue House and pro-Moon core figures are being investigated, but the entire investigation command line has been demoted, which is an outright threat not to investigate."

He claimed, "This personnel reshuffle, which obstructs the investigation into the pro-Moon administration's state power manipulation and tries to make the prosecution a servant of power, will not be forgiven by the people."

The Ministry of Justice made a sudden personnel reshuffle of 32 prosecutors at the level of chief prosecutors the previous day, appointing Han Dong-hoon, head of the Anti-Corruption and Serious Crimes Division at the Supreme Prosecutors' Office who led investigations into former Minister of Justice Cho Kuk's suspicions, as Deputy Chief Prosecutor of Busan High Prosecutors' Office, and Park Chan-ho, head of the Public Investigation Division at the Supreme Prosecutors' Office who led the Yoo Jae-su surveillance cover-up case, as Chief Prosecutor of Jeju District Prosecutors' Office.
