TS Trillion, the manufacturer of the leading domestic hair loss shampoo brand ‘TS Shampoo,’ has completed the registration of the ‘TS’ trademark in the Chinese market, strengthening its position in China’s hair loss shampoo market.
At the end of 2017, TS Trillion obtained sanitary approval as a ‘special permit for hair growth agents’ through the China Food and Drug Administration (CFDA). The ‘TS Shampoo’ sold in the Chinese market is marketed under the English product name 'TALMOSTOP SHAMPOO' and the Chinese product name '帝?斯洗?水', which means ‘a precious shampoo used by the emperor.’ However, other companies in China had registered similar trademarks to TS Trillion’s unique brand ‘TS,’ causing difficulties in entering large shopping malls both online and offline.
To resolve this, TS Trillion filed a cancellation lawsuit due to non-use of the trademark and recently won the case. Following this, the company completed trademark registration in China, enabling aggressive marketing activities under the ‘TS Shampoo’ brand in the Chinese hair loss shampoo market.
A TS Trillion representative stated, “This trademark registration is expected to serve as a catalyst for our series of marketing activities to further establish our brand in the Chinese hair loss shampoo market.” They added, “We have put great effort into entering the Chinese market and are gradually reaping the results.” The representative also expressed their ambition, saying, “As the unrivaled number one brand in the domestic hair loss shampoo market, we will strive to become a recognized brand in the Chinese hair loss shampoo market.”
Alongside its flagship brand ‘TS Shampoo,’ TS Trillion has expanded its business to include hair care, functional cosmetics, and health functional foods, securing a solid position as a health lifestyle specialist brand company in Korea. Emphasizing a corporate philosophy of insisting on only good ingredients, the company is actively expanding its sales channels into the global shampoo markets of Vietnam, Hong Kong, Taiwan, China, and the United States.
