▷Ingredients (Serves 2)
50g farfalle, 3 olives, 2 button mushrooms, an appropriate amount of olive oil, salt and pepper to taste, 1/2 cup tomato salsa, a handful of salad greens
▷Preparation
★ Cooking time: 30 minutes
1. Boil farfalle in salted water for about 8 minutes, then drain and cool it. (Tip: Farfalle is a type of pasta shaped like a bow tie. It belongs to the short pasta category and is mainly used in salads or soups. If you don't have farfalle, you can substitute with penne, fusilli, or macaroni.)
2. Cut the olives in half. Quarter the button mushrooms, then stir-fry them in olive oil over high heat, seasoning with salt and pepper.
3. Toss the farfalle with olives, button mushrooms, and tomato salsa.
4. Cut the salad vegetables into bite-sized pieces, sprinkle with salt and pepper, add 1 tablespoon of olive oil, toss well, place in a bowl, and top with ③.
