K-pop idols 2PM has produced another chart-topping single, taking the No. 3 spot on the prestigious Oricon chart with their latest release.
On Thursday, Oricon's official website showed that 2PM's third single "Ultra Lover" sold 32,929 copies upon its release in the country yesterday, following behind top Japanese groups Arashi and Perfume.
The boys had previously placed third and fourth place on Oricon's chart with their debut single "Take Off" and "I'm Your Man," respectively.
In the meantime, 2PM will release their first full-length Japanese album "REPUBLIC OF 2PM" on November 30 and hold their nationwide tour in December.
2PM has been one of the most popular boy bands in Korea and several other countries in Asia since their debut in 2008 which officially expanded their singing careers into Japan last November.
The boys are currently on their Asia tour where they will visit several countries in the region including Indonesia, Singapore, Malaysia, the Philippines and Beijing.
