In order to ease the childcare burden on families with young children and support the healthy growth and development of children, Naju City in South Jeolla Province has officially opened the Toy Library and Play Experience Room within the Bitgaram Dream Growth Center, thereby strengthening its customized childcare support system.
According to Naju City on February 27, the Toy Library and Play Experience Room located in the Bitgaram Dream Growth Center will now be operating normally from this day forward.
The newly opened Toy Library is equipped with 1,582 items of 522 varieties of educational materials and toys tailored to different stages of early childhood development. Covering an area of approximately 529 square meters (about 160 pyeong), it is the largest single facility of its kind in South Jeolla Province and operates on a membership basis.
It is expected that parents will be able to reduce their financial burden, as they can borrow a variety of toys suitable for their children's developmental stages without the need to purchase expensive toys separately.
In particular, the Childcare Support Center plans to maintain a safe and clean environment for users through regular disinfection and a hygiene management system.
The Play Experience Room is designed as a themed space to help children develop social skills and creativity through interaction with their peers.
It is also noteworthy that eco-friendly materials and safety equipment have been applied to create an environment where children can use the facilities with peace of mind.
For detailed information regarding how to use the Toy Library and Play Experience Room, as well as the membership registration process, inquiries can be made to the Naju City Childcare Support Center.
A Naju City official stated, "With the opening of the Toy Library and Play Experience Room, we have laid the foundation for making Naju a city where it is good to have and raise children," adding, "We will continue to expand a variety of policies and support to reduce the childcare burden on parents and help children grow up happily."
