Koshuko Co., Ltd. held the ‘2026 Industrial Ecosystem Establishment Two-Year Kickoff Ceremony’ at Daegu EXCO on February 24, sharing the organizational management direction and implementation tasks for the next two years. The event was attended by over 250 people, including regional heads of Clounge nationwide, as well as general managers and branch managers.
At the kickoff ceremony, the main agenda item was the completion plan for the GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) plant of its affiliate, Vynotec. The plant is expected to be completed in May, and the company plans to use this opportunity to restructure its operational framework, centering on its production base.
Koshuko proposed a management strategy that integrates the ‘Nurturing, Development, and Distribution’ 3S system into a single workflow. By internally connecting the process from product planning to production and distribution, the company aims to clarify the roles of each affiliate and reduce functional overlap.
The direction for operating Clounge locations nationwide was also reviewed. The company announced it would strengthen a responsibility-based management system led by regional heads and clarify the collaborative framework between the manufacturing and distribution organizations. Through this, the company plans to enhance coordination between supply and sales.
Additionally, the company shared recent external activities, including Repove Cosmetics being selected as an official sponsor brand for APEC in 2025, Absok Daehansammac’s participation in CES following its 2025 launch, and plans to participate in Cosmoprof Worldwide Bologna 2026, scheduled to open on March 26.
Chairman Kim Seonghee, in the keynote message, stated, “With the completion of the Vynotec GMP plant, we will expand our production facilities, restructure our industrial operations, and strengthen the organic collaboration system among affiliates.”
CEO Lee Hwayong said, “The next two years will be a time to turn strategy into concrete action,” and announced plans to build an industrial ecosystem with a focus on the nationwide organization and key personnel.
Meanwhile, following the scheduled completion of the Vynotec GMP plant in May, a two-year industrial ecosystem establishment project involving related companies and affiliates will be officially launched.
