This workshop was organized to raise the integrity awareness of managers who are at the forefront of implementing small business policies and to share this year's key implementation strategies and the president's management policy.
The workshop began with a session on integrity communication, followed by President In Taeyeon's presentation of his management policy and key implementation strategies for each project. By sharing on-site cases of integrity with regional managers, participants sought concrete improvement measures regarding the comprehensive integrity assessment results of the agency conducted last year by the Anti-Corruption and Civil Rights Commission, and exchanged in-depth opinions.
Subsequently, the organization strengthened its company-wide organic cooperation system by sharing execution strategies and current issues for major projects based on the president's management policy, including traditional markets and small businesses, policy research, and financial and management stability support.
In Taeyeon, President of the Small Enterprise and Market Service, said, "Integrity is the starting point of policy trust, and for all the policies pursued by the agency to lead to tangible results that can actually be felt in the field, the policy implementation capability of regional headquarters and centers is more important than anything else," adding, "Together with our employees, we will seek answers for small businesses and local commercial districts as spatial and ecological values, including job creation and social safety nets."
