On Friday the 27th, daytime temperatures will rise, bringing continued mild weather similar to early spring. For the time being, temperatures will remain above seasonal averages, with morning lows forecast at 1 to 9 degrees Celsius and daytime highs at 7 to 15 degrees Celsius.
As temperatures rise, frozen ground may thaw and weaken, so extra caution is advised against ground subsidence on roads and at construction sites, as well as landslides, falling rocks, and other safety accidents.
The country will be mostly cloudy, but the skies over the Seoul metropolitan area will gradually clear from the morning, other parts of the central region will clear from the afternoon, and North Jeolla Province and the Gyeongsang region will see clear skies return from the night.
