Held all-hands meeting to communicate with employees
Emphasized synergy by gifting rice cakes and Dubai chewy cookies
Park Minwoo, the newly appointed head (President) of Hyundai Motor Group's Advanced Vehicle Platform (AVP) Division and CEO of 42dot, spent time communicating with 42dot employees.
On the 26th, 42dot held an "all-hands meeting" at its Pangyo office in Seongnam, Gyeonggi Province, to facilitate internal communication. The all-hands meeting is an internal event where 42dot employees communicate with one another, and it is held from time to time or on a regular basis for the entire company or by organization.

At the meeting, CEO Park said, "I will help 42dot establish itself as a leading company in the mobility industry, based on the potential it possesses."
He then explained 42dot's future direction and was reported to have said, "We will maximize synergies through cooperation with Hyundai Motor and Kia's AVP Division."
On the same day, CEO Park also handed out rice cakes and Dubai chewy cookies to employees. This was meant to signify working together as one solid team like sticky rice cakes and creating chewy, resilient synergies like the Dubai chewy cookies. 42dot is an autonomous driving technology company founded by former CEO Song Chang-hyun and was acquired by Hyundai Motor in 2022.
CEO Park, who was appointed last month as the successor to former CEO Song Chang-hyun, has been reporting to work since the 23rd. He is an autonomous driving technology expert who previously worked at Nvidia and Tesla, and is regarded as the person who will lead Hyundai Motor Group's Software Defined Vehicle (SDV) and physical AI strategies.
