All 14 Home Games to Be "Free Admission" to Create a Sports Festival
Geumsan Ginseng FC will hold its season home opener against Pyeongchang United at 2 p.m. on March 7 at Geumsan Sports Complex.
For this home opener, anyone can enter the stadium free of charge. To create a sports festival that all county residents can enjoy together, the club plans to implement a free admission policy for all 14 home games this year and communicate with even more fans.
In addition, through the winter training camp held ahead of this season, the team has brought its tactical completeness to the highest level.
In particular, by playing practice matches against institutions such as Yeonseong University and Yeoju University, the team fine-tuned its game readiness and established a signature Geumsan-style game model based on strong pressing and meticulous build-up play.
On top of this, the club is putting all-out effort into final preparations such as managing the players' condition and reviewing tactics, and is determined to showcase an intense, fast-paced match for the full 90 minutes, powered by the tenacious mobility befitting the hometown of ginseng.
A Geumsan Ginseng FC official said, "This match will go beyond a simple sports event to become a festival that unites local residents as one," adding, "We hope families, couples, and friends will feel free to come to the stadium and raise their voices together for our team's victory."
The official added, "Starting with this home game, we expect that a large number of visitors to Geumsan will have a positive impact on revitalizing local businesses, including lodging and restaurants."
