Raonsecure Launches Open Recruitment for Top Talent to Lead the Agentic AI Era

Raonsecure has begun recruiting outstanding AI and security talent to lead the Agentic AI era together.


Raonsecure, an AI security and authentication platform company (Co-CEOs Lee Soonhyung and Lee Jeonga), announced on the 26th that it will conduct an open recruitment drive for new and experienced employees who will lead the Agentic AI era.


Raonsecure recently expanded and reorganized its "AI Lab" into the "AI Business Division" and has fully shifted its business structure to focus on AI, including announcing the launch within this year of a security automation platform based on Agentic AI. In parallel, it is also developing "AAM (Agentic AI Management)" technology to manage the identity and authority of Agentic AI, with the goal of strengthening its position in the digital trust infrastructure market.


In addition, the company has provided core technology for building national digital identity infrastructure based on blockchain, such as the "Mobile Resident Registration Card," and is also standing out in advanced security fields such as post-quantum cryptography (PQC) and deepfake detection. Its multi-factor authentication (MFA)-based AI platform "OnePass" achieved meaningful results in overseas markets as well, becoming the first in the world to obtain FIDO Certification (FIDO Certified) from the global biometric authentication standards alliance FIDO Alliance.


The main areas of this open recruitment are AI security model researchers/developers, AI-based security solution developers by platform, white-hat hackers, information security consultants, and security consulting sales, all of which are core fields directly connected to Raonsecure's AI-centric business. Given that last year's open recruitment recorded a competition ratio of 125 to 1, strong interest is expected again this year.


Through this open recruitment, the company plans to proactively respond to the rapidly changing AI security environment by intensively securing talent with capabilities in a wide range of fields, including Agentic AI security, generative AI security (such as deepfakes), post-quantum cryptography (PQC), and cloud-based zero-trust security.


Another characteristic of Raonsecure is its employee benefits, which support members so they can fully focus on their work. The application period for this recruitment runs until March 15, 2026, and online document submission is available through job portal sites such as JobKorea and Saramin.
