Atomy Named a "Best Workplace in Korea" for Six Consecutive Years

Second Overall, Triple Crown in ESG Human Rights Management and Best Workplace for Parents... Chairman Park Hangil Named "Most Respected CEO" for Six Consecutive Years

Atomy Named a "Best Workplace in Korea" for Six Consecutive Years

Atomy has been named one of the "Best Workplaces in Korea" for the sixth consecutive year by a global organizational culture certification body. This is significant in that the company has been recognized not only for its welfare programs, but also for its achievements in organizational trust, leadership, and human rights management.

Atomy announced on the 26th that it ranked second overall in the "2026 Best Workplaces in Korea" awards organized by GPTW Korea.

In addition, the company achieved a triple crown by being selected for the "Global ESG Human Rights Management Certification" and as a "Best Workplace for Parents."

In particular, Chairman Park Hangil became the first person in Korea to be selected as the "Most Respected CEO in Korea" for six consecutive years.

The Great Place to Work Institute (GPTW) is a global certification system that evaluates organizational trust, pride, camaraderie, leadership, and more, based on the same criteria in over 150 countries worldwide.

Atomy explained that it received high marks because its management philosophy of treating "people as an end, not a means" has taken firm root throughout the organization, going beyond systems and welfare levels.

In addition, at this GPTW Management Conference, Professor Yoo Youngman of Hanyang University delivered a keynote speech on the theme of "Messages from Leaders to Which Gen-Z Can Contribute."

In the corporate case presentation session, Atomy participated alongside Kia and Marriott International to share its organizational culture strategies.

Chairman Park gave a presentation on "Innovative Management Achieved by Atomy's Core Value of Cherishing the Soul," stating, "Defining Gen-Z as an object of research or management in itself creates distance between people," and added, "The issue lies not with generations, but with the organization's perspective."

Atomy explained that it has built a trust-centered organizational culture through initiatives such as the "Playground of Health," which consists of a fitness center, swimming pool, gymnasium, golf course, and equestrian facilities; the "Playground of Trust," which includes one-day advance salary payment, corporate cards for all employees, and a free-address seating system; and the "Playground of Communication," which is based on the Chutzpah spirit and an amoeba-style organization.

In the individual awards at this ceremony, Executive Director Lee Hyunwoo received the GPTW Pioneer Award, General Manager Park Gwiyeong received the GPTW Innovation Leader Award, and Team Leader Kim Heeyeon was selected as a "Proud Working Mom."
