Shinyoung Securities announced that it held a ceremony at its Yeouido headquarters on the 25th to celebrate the 70th anniversary of its founding and carried out regular personnel appointments. In this personnel reshuffle, President Kim Daeil, as well as Executive Vice Presidents Bae Joonseong, Cheon Shinyoung, and Wi Sungseung, were each promoted, forming a newly structured management lineup.

Founded in 1956, Shinyoung Securities has operated under the management philosophy of "Sinsikgeunyeong (trust is the root of prosperity)." Since the current management took over in 1971, the company has recorded 55 consecutive years of profits and dividend payments, demonstrating unparalleled financial soundness and stability.

Shinyoung Securities has chosen "Jongsim" (following the heart) as its slogan for this year. The phrase means that "by the age of 70, one can act according to one’s heart without overstepping the bounds of propriety." It reflects the company’s determination to continue walking the right path without wavering in a rapidly changing market environment, based on the principles and trust accumulated over the past 70 years.

The anniversary ceremony was held in a substantial and focused manner, with participation limited to executives and employees and without any separate external events. Participants shared the company’s history and the values that will sustain it for the next 100 years, and awards were presented to departments and employees who achieved outstanding results in their respective fields over the past year. In the revenue category, four departments, including the Derivatives Strategy Management Department and the WM Business Division, received awards, and in the corporate image category, a total of 22 departments and employees, including Department Head Seo Jungyeon of the Industry Analysis Team, were honored.
