Hanchang Paper To Consolidate Shares At 5-To-1 Ratio

HANCHANG PAPER Co., Ltd. announced on the 20th that it has decided to consolidate its shares at a ratio of 5 shares with a par value of 500 won into 1 share with a par value of 2,500 won.

Accordingly, the total number of issued shares will decrease from 59,667,486 shares to 11,933,497 shares. The purpose of the consolidation is to maintain an appropriate number of shares in circulation.
