Along the East Coast and in the Gyeongsang regions, temperatures will rise to above 15 degrees Celsius.
Morning lows are forecast to range from -2 to 13 degrees Celsius, with daytime highs between 7 and 21 degrees, which is higher than the seasonal averages (lows of -7 to 2 degrees, highs of 5 to 11 degrees).
It will be mostly cloudy with rain in many areas nationwide, but skies will gradually clear from the afternoon in the southern regions and Jeju Island, and from the night in the central regions.
Rain is expected between the late night and daytime hours in inland Gyeonggi, inland and mountainous areas of Gangwon (rain or snow in the Gangwon mountains), North Chungcheong, central and northern parts of North Gyeongsang (excluding the northern East Coast of North Gyeongsang), western inland South Gyeongsang, and Jeju Island. Rain is forecast for Seoul, the Chungcheongnam region, North Jeolla, and the northern parts of South Jeolla in the morning.
In Incheon, the west coast of Gyeonggi, and other parts of the Gyeongsang regions, there may be light raindrops of less than 0.1 millimeters.
Expected rainfall is less than 5 millimeters for Seoul, inland Gyeonggi, inland and mountainous Gangwon, Daejeon, Sejong, Chungcheongnam, North Chungcheong, Gwangju, northern South Jeolla, North Jeolla, central and northern North Gyeongsang (excluding the northern East Coast of North Gyeongsang), Ulleung Island and Dokdo, and Jeju Island, and around 1 millimeter for western inland South Gyeongsang.
Winds will also be strong in most regions nationwide, with instantaneous speeds of around 55 kilometers per hour (around 70 kilometers per hour in mountainous areas).
Fine dust levels are expected to remain at a "moderate" level nationwide.
