Shinhan Bank announced on the 10th that it has signed a business agreement with Worlddagachi, an AI-based multilingual communication platform company, to expand its foreign customer base and strengthen service competitiveness.

Worlddagachi operates the platform "Dagachi," which supports 16 languages including English, Chinese, and Vietnamese. Through the platform, users can share and communicate about everyday information necessary for living in Korea, such as jobs, housing, and visas.
Through this agreement, the two companies will jointly promote a variety of services that combine financial and daily-life support, including: providing app- and web-based services to improve financial convenience for foreigners; operating mutual advertising pages to promote both companies' services; and expanding the attraction of foreign customers.
A Shinhan Bank representative said, "We will expand linked services so that foreign customers using the Worlddagachi platform can use financial services more easily," adding, "We will continue to develop services that enhance customer convenience by collaborating with various foreign customer platforms in the future."
