Launch of Middle-School Timetable and Text Messaging Services

Icecream Media announced on February 10 that it will expand the service scope of its integrated school management system "HighClass" by adding new features.

HighClass is launching a new middle-school timetable program and a text messaging service, thereby accelerating its expansion into an integrated school management system that covers elementary, middle, and high schools.

The middle-school timetable program is designed with complex class-hour structures and curriculum arrangements in mind. By systematizing the management of class hours by subject and the timetable creation process, it helps reduce the administrative burden on teachers during preparations for the new school year. The middle-school timetable program and the text messaging service have been gradually introduced at schools since this month.

The text messaging service, launched together with the program, includes a "mail merge" feature that allows automatic entry of student-specific information, as well as a "multilingual translation" feature. This enables customized text messages that automatically reflect information such as each student’s and parent’s name, grade, and class, and allows schools to provide guidance to foreign parents without language barriers.

Jung Moon-young, team leader of the HighClass team, said, "We plan to gradually expand functions by focusing on services that are genuinely helpful and aligned with the workflow of schools," adding, "We will further advance the service with the goal of building an integrated school management system that encompasses elementary, middle, and high schools."
