On-site, sixteen specialized investigators from the Anti-Corruption and Civil Rights Commission and other field experts, including police officers, were deployed to enhance the quality of the consultations.

In particular, among the total of 35 consultations, administrative complaints related to roads, construction, agriculture and forestry, and social welfare support accounted for the highest proportion.
Minor issues that could be resolved on-site were corrected immediately, while complex complaints requiring institutional improvements or in-depth investigations were filed as official complaints with the Anti-Corruption and Civil Rights Commission, so that their resolution process can be continuously monitored going forward.
An official from Chilgok-gun emphasized, "This operation was meaningful in that we were able to listen directly to residents' grievances on-site and find clues to solutions," adding, "We will continue to do our best to protect residents' rights and interests and build a trustworthy administration through low-threshold, communicative governance."
