Kim Seonho Admits Lack of Understanding of One-Person Corporation... Returns Family Salaries, Pays Additional Personal Income Tax Kim Seonho. Fantagio

Actor Kim Seonho has stated that he has paid additional personal income tax and is in the process of closing down his one-person corporation in connection with allegations of tax evasion related to its operation.

His agency Fantagio issued an official statement on February 4, saying, "Kim Seonho established a corporation in January 2024 for his acting activities and theater production," and added, "In order to correct the mismanagement of the corporation at that time, he has returned all past corporate card expenses, family salaries, and the corporate vehicle."

Fantagio announced that "for the amount settled through the corporation, Kim Seonho has completed the payment of additional personal income tax on top of the corporate tax already paid." Since signing an exclusive contract with Fantagio in February 2025, Kim Seonho has been receiving his settlement payments directly under his personal name.

Fantagio said, "Kim Seonho deeply regrets having established the corporation and maintained it for about a year despite his lack of understanding of corporate management," and reiterated its apology, saying, "From now on, we will thoroughly manage all aspects of our actors' activities."

Recently, some media outlets raised the possibility that Kim Seonho may have routed his income through a family-owned corporation. Fantagio stressed that the corporation was not created for the purpose of intentional tax saving or tax evasion, and reported that the administrative procedures for closing the business are currently in their final stage.
