The morning low is forecast to range from minus 13 to minus 2 degrees Celsius, and the daytime high will be between 2 and 9 degrees Celsius. In the central inland, eastern North Jeolla, and inland Gyeongsang regions, the morning temperature will drop to around minus 10 degrees Celsius, while in the inland and mountainous areas of Gangwon, it will fall to around minus 15 degrees Celsius. Other regions will also see morning temperatures hovering around minus 5 degrees Celsius, resulting in cold conditions.

With snow accumulated mainly in inland areas across the country, there is a high risk of traffic accidents due to icy and frosty roads, so drivers are advised to exercise caution.

In the Jeolla region and Jeju Island, there will be many clouds at first, but skies will gradually clear from the morning, with clouds increasing again at night.

In the east coast and mountainous areas of Gangwon, as well as in the Gyeongsang region, the air will be extremely dry, so special attention is needed to prevent wildfires and other fires.

Fine dust concentrations nationwide will remain at 'good' to 'moderate' levels. However, in most central and southern regions, fine dust concentrations are expected to rise in the morning and at night due to stagnant air, then decrease in the afternoon as atmospheric dispersion improves.

Waves in the seas off the east, south, and west coasts are expected to reach 0.5 to 1.5 meters. In the outer seas (up to about 200 kilometers from the coastline), wave heights are forecast to be 0.5 to 2.5 meters in the East Sea, 0.5 to 1.5 meters in the West Sea, and 0.5 to 3.5 meters in the South Sea.
