Emart to Hold "Goraeit Festa" in February... Up to 70% Off Lunar New Year and New School Term Products

Discount Event Runs from January 29 to February 4

Emart announced on January 27 that it will hold the large-scale discount event "Goraeit Festa" from January 29 to February 4.

For the first four days, until February 1, there will be a "pick and mix" event for snacks and citrus fruits. The unlimited snack selection allows customers to take as many snacks as they want for 25,000 won. By using two designated boxes, customers can fill them with snacks without any quantity limit and enjoy discounts of over 50%. Emart has prepared approximately 3 million packs of 10 popular snacks from Haitai Confectionery, including Matdongsan, Honey Butter Chips, and Osatsu, which is more than twice the usual two-week sales volume.

For the citrus fruit pick-and-mix, customers can choose seven pieces from Cheonhyehyang, Redhyang, and Hwanggeumhyang varieties for 9,800 won. This is an opportunity to purchase 400 tons of citrus, more than five times the usual volume, at up to half the regular price based on current retail prices.

Emart has also strengthened its furniture and home appliance benefits to target demand for the new school term and Lunar New Year holidays. The flagship product, the "Decoline Plan Bed Set (Super Single)," which includes a bed, mattress, storage cabinet, and LED lighting, will be sold exclusively at Emart for 199,000 won. This is more than 70% lower than similar products. The "Decoline Desk Set," which includes a desk, bookshelf, and LED lighting, and the "Comfortable Office Chair" will also be available for 229,000 won and 29,900 won, respectively.

For the Lunar New Year, Emart has prepared special prices on "filial piety appliances" such as health and household electronics, which are in high demand as gifts. Massage chairs from Ceragem, Bodyfriend, and Cozyma will be offered at discounts of up to 1.2 million won when paid in full with a promotional card. Popular massagers and heating pads will also be discounted by up to 20%. In addition, with the upcoming camping season, Emart will offer leftover camping products from popular brands such as Kazmi, LocknLock, and Tumann at discounts of up to 60%.

During the same period, SSG.com Emart Mall will also offer most products, including fresh and processed foods, at the same promotional prices, and the Goraeit Festa event will be held at No Brand stores as well.
