Outstanding Participants Granted Exemption from Document Screening and First-Round Interview

Hanwha General Insurance announced on January 26 that it will hold a "Job Camp," a practical program designed for job seekers.
This camp is a hands-on job support program for job seekers, featuring job experts, current employees, and HR managers. As the camp is designed to connect participation directly to the recruitment process, participants who receive outstanding evaluations will be granted exemptions from the document screening and first-round interview stages at Hanwha General Insurance.
The Job Camp will be held for four days and three nights from February 23 to 26 at the Hanwha General Insurance Life Campus in Suanbo, Chungju. Current employees and HR managers will directly participate, helping each attendee identify their strengths and areas for improvement through mock interviews and personal statement reviews. The program aims to help participants understand recruitment trends and evaluation criteria, while simultaneously improving the quality of their application documents and interview skills.
The available fields are "Femtech" and "Cyber Insurance." Applicants interested in marketing, branding, or content planning within the women's wellness sector, focusing on women's health and lifestyle, may apply for the Femtech field. Those interested in information security, digital industry trends, data analysis and research, or insurance product development may apply for the Cyber Insurance field.
In addition to advice from current employees and HR managers, the camp will feature a number of renowned external instructors known for their practical job-seeking expertise. Notable speakers include Bok Seonghyeon, CEO and popular job search YouTuber known as "Jacob," and "Consulting Eun Narae," a major corporate HRD consultant and operator of a job consulting channel. They will provide realistic advice and strategies that participants can directly apply to their job search.

Applications for the Job Camp are open until February 6, and anyone eligible to apply for the 2026 open recruitment may participate. The final list of participants will be announced in the second week of February, and applications can be submitted through the Hanwha Group recruitment website.
