From January 16 to January 20, the center ran the "Emerald Kids Cafe, Air Bounce Pang! Pang!" program for five days, providing a vibrant and meaningful leisure space for children and teenagers in the area to enjoy their winter break. This event was characterized by an expanded version of last year's popular air bounce program, featuring even richer experiential content.

During the event, a variety of themed air bounce facilities were available, including a Lego Challenge, Spider-Man Challenge, spaceship, gingerbread house, surfing board, air Viking, and kids’ rider. Participating children and teenagers enjoyed their time through free play in these diverse settings.

The program operated daily from 1 p.m. to 6 p.m., attracting a total of around 500 visitors, establishing itself as a flagship program for the winter vacation period.

The Ulleung County Youth Center placed the highest priority on safe operations, deploying a total of 12 safety personnel on site, including youth counselors and young part-time staff for the winter season. Regular inspections of the facilities and management of usage order were conducted simultaneously, ensuring thorough safety management so that all participants could join the program with peace of mind.

County Governor Nam Han-gwon said, "Seeing the children so happy made me feel genuinely pleased," adding, "We will continue to pay close attention and provide support so that children and teenagers on Ulleungdo, an island region, can have diverse experiences and grow up healthy."

A representative from the Youth Center stated, "We designed the program so that children could naturally develop creativity and social skills through play," and added, "We will continue to organize a variety of activities to support the happy growth of local children and teenagers."

Building on the success of this winter vacation program, the Ulleung County Youth Center plans to continue developing and operating programs to provide higher-quality experiential opportunities for local children and teenagers.
