Dong-A ST Announces Strengthening of Fair Trade Compliance Program

Ongoing Initiatives to Strengthen Compliance Management

Dong-A ST announced on January 21 that it will accelerate efforts to strengthen its Fair Trade Compliance Program (CP).

On January 20, Dong-A ST held a declaration ceremony to reinforce fair trade compliance at Konjiam Resort in Gwangju, Gyeonggi Province. The CP is an internal compliance system that companies establish and operate on their own, including education and supervision, to comply with fair trade-related laws and regulations.

Dong-A ST has been continuously implementing activities to internalize the CP culture among its employees and to strengthen compliance management. These activities include: ▲ ongoing monitoring through CP Management ▲ operation of the DCPC, a pre-work consultative body for CP compliance ▲ regular training to establish CP standards and prevent CP violations ▲ operation of an internal whistleblowing system within the group and a Help-Line reporting system for business partners.

As a result, Dong-A ST obtained the international standard certification for anti-bribery management systems, 'ISO 37001', in 2018, and passed the follow-up management audit in 2025. In the 2024 CP rating evaluation organized by the Fair Trade Commission, the company received an 'A' grade, recognizing the excellence of its compliance management system.
