Gold&S Launches "Siwon Pass XAI" Learning Solution, Accelerates AI-Based Educational Services

On January 21, Gold&S announced that Siwon School, which it is planning to acquire, has launched the AI-powered learning solution "Siwon Pass XAI," marking the company's official entry into AI-based educational services.

"Siwon Pass XAI" is a next-generation English learning solution developed using 20 years of accumulated learning data and the study patterns of 2.9 million members. It features a four-step learning cycle-Warm-up, Learning, Training, and Wrap-up-that balances study and practice, organically connects the acquisition process, and helps learners retain knowledge in long-term memory.

In addition, the solution incorporates speech recognition and pronunciation analysis technologies optimized for Korean learners, enabling precise diagnosis of eight detailed competencies, including pronunciation, conversation, and presentation. It also automatically connects learners to personalized curricula. The "Talk with Teacher" service further enhances learning continuity by having AI handle speaking practice and speech correction, while professional instructors set learning directions and provide coaching.

Siwon School has renewed its flagship product, "Siwon Pass," as the "Siwon Pass XAI" package featuring XAI technology. The package provides a total of 1,567 lectures, including 30 best-selling courses. The company plans to sequentially update new courses through 2026 and expand its AI-based learning content.

A company representative stated, "We have designed the system to maximize learning effectiveness by incorporating 20 years of content and learning structures into AI," adding, "After acquiring Siwon School, we will accelerate the rollout of AI-based educational services by leveraging synergies with Gold&S's test-English specialist Siwon School Lab (LAB) and brand integration."

Meanwhile, in December last year, Gold&S decided to acquire the education business division of Siwon School from its co-major shareholder, SJW International (SJW). The acquisition, aimed at expanding the education business and creating synergies with Siwon School Lab, is scheduled to be completed in January.
