Available to Customers Accompanied by Infants and Young Children
NH NongHyup Bank announced on January 21 that starting from the 26th, it will reorganize its 'Senior Citizen and Disabled Customer Consultation Counter' into the 'Financially Vulnerable Group Support Counter,' expanding its services to include pregnant women and guardians accompanying infants and young children (guardians with children aged 7 or younger).
This counter will continue to provide customized services for senior citizens and customers with disabilities who experience difficulties using financial services, by explaining complex financial products in an easy-to-understand manner and recommending the most suitable products based on each customer's situation.

In particular, with this reorganization, the scope of the support counter will be expanded to include pregnant women and guardians with infants and young children, thereby promoting more inclusive finance. Depending on the circumstances at each branch, the bank will also offer a 'Simple Transaction Priority Service' to reduce waiting times, providing fast and convenient service.
Additionally, to enhance financial accessibility for customers with disabilities, NongHyup Bank distributed the 'Easy-to-Understand Loan Guide for People with Developmental Disabilities,' jointly published by the Korea Federation of Banks and the Korea Employment Agency for Persons with Disabilities in December, to all branches nationwide. This guide will be used in on-site consultations, further strengthening the expertise of the 'Financially Vulnerable Group Support Counter.'
Park Jangsun, Head of the Financial Consumer Protection Division at NongHyup Bank, stated, "We will continue to make improvements so that all customers, including those who are financially vulnerable, can use our financial services more conveniently." He added, "We will continue to practice customer-centered inclusive finance, striving to ensure that every customer who banks with us can smile."
