KB Financial Group opened the 'KB Life Yeoksam Center,' the only integrated insurance and banking branch in Korea, on January 20. The group aims to strengthen practical support for senior customers in preparing for retirement through its integrated senior service operating model.

KB Financial Group is establishing the 'KB Golden Life Flagship Center' as a hub for integrated senior services at KB Life Tower in Yeoksam-dong, Gangnam-gu, Seoul. Centered around the KB Life Yeoksam Center, the 'KB Golden Life Flagship Center' consists of the 'Age Tech Lab,' a space for seniors to experience and research the latest technologies, and the 'KB Golden Life Education Center,' which studies all aspects of senior life, including care, nursing, housing, health, and finance.

The KB Life Yeoksam Center provides comprehensive life consulting services that go beyond insurance to include asset management and care services. Notably, for the first time in the financial sector, care consultants composed of professional nurses are stationed on-site to offer end-to-end care consulting, from in-home care to nursing home admission, for customers requiring family care.

Visitors to the KB Life Yeoksam Center can also receive personalized insurance diagnosis and consultation, insurance contract management, and retirement income planning services. Additionally, the KB Golden Life Center of KB Kookmin Bank will operate within the center to provide financial consulting for retirees, including retirement pensions and inheritance and gift planning.

Next month, KB Financial Group will also open the 'Age Tech Lab,' where seniors can directly experience the latest technologies, along with care services linked to care consultations. The 'KB Golden Life Education Center,' serving as a base for education and research to better understand all aspects of senior life, will also be newly established.
