The Busan Regional Public Procurement Service has initiated on-site communication by visiting companies designated as outstanding local suppliers.
The Busan Regional Public Procurement Service, led by Chief Shin Bongjae, announced that on the 20th, it visited Yuseong Engineering in Ulju-gun, Ulsan, toured the production site, and listened to the challenges faced on site.
Yuseong Engineering, established in 1994, is a specialized small and medium-sized enterprise in the air and water treatment sectors. The company holds various certifications, including those for outstanding procurement goods and innovative products. This visit was organized to explore ways to support market access for local small and medium-sized enterprises and to identify unnecessary regulations and areas for institutional improvement arising in the public procurement process directly at the site.
Shin Bongjae, Chief of the Busan Regional Public Procurement Service, emphasized, "We will actively support public procurement to serve as a stepping stone for the growth of local companies," adding, "We will continue to identify local companies with excellent technological capabilities and reflect on-site feedback in policies and institutional improvements to support their entry and growth in the procurement market."
