Webzen Offers Pre-Download for Open-World Action RPG "Dragon Sword"

Webzen announced on January 20 that it will offer a pre-download service for its new title, Dragon Sword, one day ahead of the official launch.

Dragon Sword is a Korean open-world action role-playing game (RPG) featuring sophisticated and visually stunning combat based on combo actions set in an open-world environment. The game enhances accessibility of controls, allowing players to experience high-quality action. It supports cross-platform play between mobile and PC.

Webzen explained that the pre-download option was prepared to minimize inconvenience that may arise from heavy server traffic on the launch day. The mobile version can be downloaded from Google Play Store and Apple App Store starting at 2 p.m. on January 20. For the PC version, users can visit the official Dragon Sword brand website and community to download and install the Webzen Launcher.

Pre-registration closes at noon on January 20. Members who registered through the official brand website will receive premium rewards such as the character summon ticket "Brilliant Goddess Stone." Those who registered via major app markets or the Kakao Games pre-registration channel will be eligible to receive in-game items and prizes.
