Lotte Insurance Launches Policy Covering Up to 200,000 Won for Hole-in-One at Screen Golf Venues

Lotte Insurance announced on January 20 that it has launched the "CREW Screen Golf Insurance," which covers costs such as souvenirs and dinner expenses when achieving a hole-in-one at a screen golf venue.

The CREW Screen Golf Insurance is a lifestyle-focused insurance product designed for the growing number of screen golf users. If a hole-in-one is achieved during a regular 18-hole round at screen golf venues such as Golfzon, SG Golf, or Kakao VX, the policy provides coverage of up to 200,000 won.

The coverage includes not only the actual expenses incurred for purchasing souvenirs and round fees upon achieving a hole-in-one, but also certain costs for celebrating the achievement. Any expenses incurred within 30 days from the date of the hole-in-one are eligible for insurance claims.

The policy allows up to four people participating in the same round to enroll at once, greatly enhancing user convenience.

Before starting a round, users can easily sign up by simply entering basic information through Lotte Insurance's lifestyle platform, the ALICE application, at the screen golf venue.

Reasonable premiums are another advantage. The insurance premium is set at 1,150 won per person and 4,620 won for four people per round, making it accessible for anyone to prepare for hole-in-one expenses without financial burden.

A Lotte Insurance representative stated, "This lifestyle-focused insurance service is designed to reduce the burden of hole-in-one expenses for value-conscious customers who enjoy screen golf," adding, "We will continue to introduce a variety of lifestyle insurance products on the ALICE app to meet the everyday coverage needs of our customers."
