Genesis 'GV60 Magma' Draws Attention at Davos Forum

Exhibition of GMR-001 Hypercar and More

Genesis announced on January 20 that it will exhibit the 'GV60 Magma' and 'GMR-001 Hypercar' vehicles at the Ameron Hotel in Davos, Switzerland, from January 19 (local time) to January 23, coinciding with the 2026 World Economic Forum (Davos Forum).

Genesis aims to share with visitors a narrative in which vehicles, though created for different purposes, are united under the single spirit of 'Magma', the brand's luxury high-performance program, through this exhibition.

The 'GV60 Magma', Genesis' first high-performance model that harmonizes outstanding performance with refined sensibility, embodies the brand's direction and determination to become a true luxury brand.

The 'GMR-001 Hypercar', designed as the model for the Genesis Magma Racing Team to compete in actual races starting this year, reflects Genesis' limitless potential and passion for motorsports. Through this exhibition, Genesis expects to highlight the brand's innovation and future direction, symbolized by 'Magma'.

Since 2023, Genesis has exhibited a variety of models each year during the Davos Forum. In 2023, the brand presented the 'Genesis X', a concept car that offered a new perspective on luxury automotive design; in 2024, the 'Genesis X Snow Speedium Concept', designed to suit the ski-famous Davos region; and last year, the 'GV60 Multi-Purpose Off-Road Concept', modified for driving on snowy mountains.
