Applications Accepted Until February 20
Support Ranging from 3 Million to 7 Million Won per Project in Seven Fields
Daejeon City will publicly recruit organizations to participate in the "2026 Nonprofit Civil Organization Public Interest Activity Support Project" until February 20, 2026, in order to promote the voluntary public interest activities of nonprofit civil organizations.
This project targets nonprofit civil organizations registered in Daejeon as of the announcement date (January 15, 2026). With a total budget of 225 million won, each project will receive support ranging from a minimum of 3 million won to a maximum of 7 million won.
The recruitment covers seven areas, including Economic City, Cultural City, and Future City. Each organization may apply for only one project, and the application period runs from January 20 to 6:00 PM on February 20.
The supported projects will be finally selected through a comprehensive review by the Daejeon City Public Project Selection Committee, which will consider organizational capabilities, project content, and budget appropriateness. The results will be released on the Daejeon City website in early April.
For further details, inquiries can be made to the Daejeon City Autonomous Administration Division, or information can be found in the "Participation Plaza - Civil Organizations - Announcements" section of the Daejeon City website.
Jeon Jaehyun, Director of the Daejeon City Administration and Autonomy Bureau, stated, "By supporting public interest projects in various fields, we aim to help solve community issues and improve the quality of life for residents," adding, "We look forward to the active participation of organizations interested in public interest activities."
