This visit was organized to form a network with Turkish education authorities and local governments, enabling the stable operation of international exchange and cooperation, and to lay the foundation for fostering students' global competencies.
The delegation visited Istanbul and Nev?ehir, the historical and cultural centers of Turkey, where they toured elementary, middle, and high schools and observed classes, held discussions with district and provincial education offices and local government officials, and worked on detailing student exchange programs between the two countries.
In particular, at a roundtable meeting at the Nev?ehir Provincial Office of Education, Yusuf Yazıcı, the Provincial Superintendent of Education, attended in person and expressed great interest in Gyeonggi Education's efforts to promote future-oriented education.
