Min Heejin, CEO of OK Records and former CEO of ADOR, announced on January 19 that she met with the attorney handling the lawsuit against the U.S. public relations agency TAG PR to discuss possible responses.
On her social networking service (SNS) account that day, Min wrote, "I met in Seoul with the attorney who is handling the lawsuit against TAG PR in the United States," adding, "I was able to hear directly from U.S. artists who are also in litigation with TAG PR about how they are responding, and I received meaningful advice." She continued, "The pieces are coming together one by one, and I think I will soon have something to share."
This meeting is closely related to the 'reverse viral' (negative publicity campaign) allegations that Min raised during her conflict with HYBE last year. Min has consistently claimed that TAG PR, a U.S. public relations agency and a subsidiary of HYBE, was involved in a reverse viral campaign targeting her.
In a past interview, Min stated that she was surprised to receive a message from a Billboard journalist who said they had received a suspicious newsletter originating from TAG PR after the overseas dispute began. In fact, according to the U.S. legal community, the PR firm Jonesworks filed a lawsuit in the Southern District Court of New York in December 2025 against the founders of TAG PR and others, alleging client poaching through reverse viral tactics.
In response, HYBE stated, "This matter is a claim made by one party in a legal dispute that is unrelated to HYBE or HYBE America," and emphasized, "HYBE has had no involvement."
After parting ways with ADOR in November 2024, Min established the independent label OK Records and has continued her activities.
