67 New Employees Complete Training, Set to Begin Work at Branches and Headquarters

Sh Suhyup Bank announced on the 19th that it held the '2026 New Employee Appointment Ceremony' at its headquarters in Songpa-gu, Seoul, on the 16th.
The event was attended by bank president Shin Hakgi, key executives, and senior employees, who congratulated the new employees on their fresh start as future leaders of the bank.
Before the appointment ceremony, participants watched a highlight video reflecting on the training program and a video message from senior employees welcoming the new hires. There was also a session where the new employees shared their personal resolutions.
Additionally, a surprise video message from the parents of the new employees was played, bringing both emotion and laughter to the attendees.
Bank president Shin Hakgi said, "Before becoming president, I was once a new employee just like you, standing in your place," and added, "I hope you become the future of Suhyup Bank by fulfilling your roles with the passion and spirit of new employees, never fearing new challenges."
He continued, "If you follow your seniors with a wise attitude, carry out your missions together, and demonstrate great teamwork, you will be able to achieve the best moments of your life that you have dreamed of."
Meanwhile, the new employees were selected through a competency-based open recruitment system for various positions, including general, regional, and IT tracks. The 67 successful candidates, who overcame fierce competition, completed their training and will be assigned to branches and headquarters nationwide to officially begin their work.
