Sejung Group announced on January 19, 2026, that it has carried out its 2026 executive appointments to strengthen organizational stability and promote sustainable growth.

Taking into account the importance of visual planning and sales divisions, which determine brand competitiveness and sales performance, Sejung Group has assigned key positions to talents with extensive field experience and practical understanding. Through this, the company plans to simultaneously strengthen brand identity and stabilize its profit structure.


Seongjin Park, Director of the Wellmade Sales Division, joined the company in 2001 and has led major sales organizations as the Head of the Southern Sales Division for Olivia Lauren and as Head of the Permanent Sales Division for Wellmade. Over the past 25 years, he has consistently delivered results in generating profits through stable sales and systematic organizational development, drawing on his accumulated field experience. His capabilities in performance management and organizational operations have been recognized with his appointment as Director.


Janghan Bae, Director and Head of Visual Planning, has contributed to strengthening brand competitiveness since joining the company in 2012, overseeing the overall visual presentation of both online and offline spaces, including store interiors and product displays. He has built trust within the organization by leading the creation of new spaces, from launching Korea's first select shop "Wellmade" to opening Sejung Group's first curated showroom "Daechi 342."


Through these executive appointments, Sejung Group aims to further reinforce organizational stability by centering on leaders with a deep understanding of the company, and to establish a solid foundation for unwavering growth amid a changing market environment.
