"Should Children Know Hangul Before Admission?"... Jung-gu, Seoul to Hold Elementary School Admission Information Session

Jung-gu, Seoul (District Mayor Kim Gilseong) will hold the "2026 Elementary School Admission Guide" information session at 1:00 p.m. on January 31 at the Sindang Nuri Center Grand Auditorium.

Kim Suhyeon, an elementary school teacher with 19 years of experience, will give a 90-minute lecture on "Essential Preparations to Know Before Admission." Kim is the author of "Preparing for Elementary School Admission with One Book" and "Rediscovering Small but Powerful Elementary Habits."

Admission preparation tips will be shared based on real-life experiences, and a Q&A session will address parents' questions. The session will also cover the 2022 revised curriculum.

While parents attend the lecture, prospective elementary students will separately learn about school etiquette and rules and enjoy a sand art magic show. Registration is on a first-come, first-served basis for 100 parents and 100 prospective students. Applications can be submitted via the QR code on the promotional poster.
