Lee Hideok Inaugurated as Chairman of Changwon National Industrial Complex Future Managers Club

The Changwon National Industrial Complex Future Managers Club held its "2026 Annual General Meeting and Chairman Inauguration Ceremony" at the Grand Mercure Ambassador Changwon.

The event, held on January 15, was attended by more than 80 people, including Shim Dongseop, Director of Economic and Employment Affairs at Changwon Special City, as well as executives from major companies within the Changwon National Industrial Complex and officials from related organizations.

Lim Jinyoung, who served as the third and fourth chairman since 2022 and dedicated himself to revitalizing the club and strengthening the network of next-generation managers, stepped down from his position. The new chairman, Lee Hideok, officially began his term as the fifth chairman.

Notably, at the event, three individuals were honored with the Changwon Special City Mayor's Award in recognition of their outstanding sense of duty and entrepreneurial spirit, contributing to enhancing the competitiveness of local industries and advancing the regional economy: Lee Jonghwa, CEO of Daekyung Precision; Lee Hideok, Vice President of Korea Calibration Technology Center; and Cheon Hyeonuk, Team Leader at Haeam Tech.

Shim Dongseop, Director of Economic and Employment Affairs at Changwon Special City, stated, "I would like to thank Chairman Lim Jinyoung for his outstanding leadership of the Future Managers Club during his tenure. I also extend my congratulations to the newly inaugurated Chairman Lee Hideok," adding, "Our city will continue to create a business-friendly environment and provide policy support to ensure that future managers can engage in innovative management activities."

Meanwhile, the Changwon National Industrial Complex Future Managers Club is an organization composed of business successors and young CEOs within the Changwon National Industrial Complex, aiming to promote the sustainable growth of the local industry through strengthening management capabilities and sharing information.
