The Daesan Insurance Award is the most prestigious insurance award in Korea, presented by the Daesan Shin Yongho Memorial Foundation in honor of Shin Yongho, the founder of Kyobo Life Insurance.
This donation was made to add greater significance to receiving the Daesan Insurance Award, with the intention of supporting medical care for children, who represent the future of the nation.
Huh Changwon, President of the Korea Insurance Development Institute, stated, "We hope this will provide practical help to children who are unable to receive treatment due to financial difficulties, so that they can regain their healthy smiles. The Korea Insurance Development Institute will continue to take the lead in fostering the growth of the insurance industry and creating a warm and caring society."
