Koscom Practices Mutual Growth with 'Together+' Coexistence Program

Koscom is strengthening its commitment to mutual growth and social responsibility through 'Koscom Together+'. 'Koscom Together+' is an integrated mutual growth program that defines not only business partners and support partners but also vulnerable groups in the local community as 'coexistence partners.' It goes beyond simple cooperation or support, aiming to realize the value of growing together.

Koscom has established a mutual growth system based on trust by collaborating with a variety of business partners, including contractors, solution providers, and fintech companies in Seoul and Busan. The company also maintains cooperative relationships with support partners in facility management, security, environmental cleaning, cafeteria, and daycare services, continuously providing practical support such as holiday gifts to promote mutual growth.

On December 4 last year, Koscom held the 'Together+ Business Partner Meeting.' This annual event invites selected business partners-chosen based on criteria such as work period, commitment to accessibility, and contributions-to foster mutual trust and create opportunities for joint growth over a luncheon.

Koscom is also focusing on spreading a culture of respect and consideration for its support partners. By hosting 'Partner Appreciation Day' and providing winter work uniforms and supplies for outdoor work, the company is working to improve working conditions and create tangible changes that can be felt on-site.

To enhance the effectiveness of its support, Koscom organizes events such as direct financial support ceremonies with executive participation, volunteer activities, and traditional market shopping events. Moving forward, the company plans to develop and operate customized support programs, such as issuing a 'CEO Letter' to maintain ongoing communication with Dream Tree scholarship recipients.

Kim Doyeon, Head of Corporate Strategy at Koscom, stated, "Koscom's mutual growth management is not limited to short-term achievements. Its goal is to increase trust in the organization and grow together with stakeholders through sustainable, people-centered ESG management. We will continue to establish ESG management as an everyday workplace culture through sincere partnerships and steadily build a foundation for sustainable growth."
