In the areas of general administration, welfare, health, education, and the economy, a total of 22 improvements and 11 new projects will be implemented.


In the field of general administration, initiatives include the launch of the Seongnam Youth Platform and the establishment of three "Our Neighborhood Support Offices."


In the areas of welfare, health, education, and labor, the following measures will be implemented: an annual emergency care expense support of 700,000 won for low-income patients with four major critical illnesses; a longevity congratulatory payment of 500,000 won for centenarians; the introduction of home medical services for vulnerable groups; a 200,000 won subsidy for elementary school entrance preparation; an extension of the support period for jeonse loan interest for employed youth from 10 months to 12 months; and the application of a living wage in Seongnam City increased by 350 won to 12,520 won per hour.


In the industrial and economic sectors, the regular discount rate for Seongnam Love Gift Certificates will be raised from 6% to 8%. In the environmental sector, a project will be carried out to install dedicated paper pack collection bins in all 426 apartment complexes.


A city official stated, "This year's administrative system changes focus on strengthening policies that citizens can directly feel," adding, "We hope everyone will check the implementation schedule and details of each system in advance to ensure they receive all available benefits."


Seongnam City has posted the details of the administrative system changes in e-book format on the city hall website (Information Disclosure → City Administration Information → Changing Systems and Policies) so that citizens can easily review them at a glance.
