Lotte Mart announced on January 16 that it will launch collaborative products with Chef Choi Kangrok, the winner of the popular Netflix show "Black & White Chef 2."

First, during the pre-order period for the upcoming Lunar New Year, Lotte Mart will sell two exclusive gift sets created in collaboration with Chef Choi Kangrok. The "Choi Kangrok's Naya LA Galbi Set (2kg)" and the "Choi Kangrok's Naya Wagyu Akkiniku Set (MBS 8+ grade)" will be offered to L.POINT members at a 20,000 won discount for 109,000 won and 149,000 won, respectively. These products were first introduced as Chuseok gift sets last year, receiving a positive response with a total of 200 sets sold at the time.

The "Choi Kangrok's Naya" series, which includes five grilling items (hanging tender, chuck flap tail, top blade, boneless short rib, and thinly sliced pork belly), is also available. Lotte Mart first released three items-top blade, chuck flap tail, and hanging tender-in December 2024, and added two more-boneless short rib and thinly sliced pork belly-in March last year.

The "Choi Kangrok's Naya" series features the "Cozy Late-Night Diner" concept, personally proposed by Chef Choi Kangrok. Instead of grilling large quantities at once, the products are designed to be enjoyed by slowly grilling each piece individually and savoring it at its most delicious moment with a matching sauce. Wine sauce is paired with top blade, yuzu pepper sauce with chuck flap tail and boneless short rib, tangy soy sauce with hanging tender, and spicy doubanjiang sauce with thinly sliced pork belly, maximizing the flavor and texture of each cut.

From January 15 to 21, Lotte Mart is running a discount promotion for the five grilling items in the "Choi Kangrok's Naya" series. During the event, customers who purchase two or more of these products will receive a 2,000 won discount per item. Cross-purchasing between different items is also allowed. An additional discount event for the "Choi Kangrok's Naya" series is planned for next month.

Collaborative products with other renowned chefs are also available at discounted prices. "Yorihada X Jung Jiseon Cotton Pork Sweet and Sour (500g)," "Yorihada X Jung Jiseon Chili Shrimp (350g)," and "Yorihada X Jung Hoyoung Kitsune Udon (serves 2)" will be offered to L.POINT members at a 20% discount from January 15 to 28. For three days starting January 16, an additional 20% discount will be available during the weekend when paying with a promotional card.
