Cho Dae-su, Head of the Glocal University Project Group, stated, "The Field Campus is an educational model in which the university directly participates in the growth process of regional strategic industries. Through a virtuous cycle where students learn practical skills in the field and are employed by local companies, we can simultaneously address labor shortages for businesses and career uncertainties for students. This collaborative model, where industry and universities grow complementarily, will contribute to the sustainability and competitiveness of the regional industrial ecosystem."
