This class was designed to discover talented youth and provide them with personalized education tailored to individual characteristics, as well as field-based mentoring opportunities.

Gwangjin Cultural Foundation supported the operation of the program by leveraging the infrastructure and management expertise of the Naru Art Center, while the KT&G Scholarship Foundation contributed to creating a stable educational environment through sponsorship and support for educational programs aimed at developing cultural and artistic talent.

The program featured participation from Artistic Director Kim Inhee, the ballet director of the KT&G Scholarship Foundation’s cultural and arts scholarship program, along with masters active on domestic and international stages. Practical education included instruction in classical and contemporary ballet techniques, repertoire coaching, stage experience, and career mentoring.

Park Gyebae, President of Gwangjin Cultural Foundation, stated, "This Ballet Winter Class is a meaningful example of collaboration between a public cultural foundation and a private scholarship foundation to support young artists," adding, "We will continue to lay the groundwork for young talent in ballet to grow on a global scale through professional arts education and a variety of programs."

Ahn Hongpil, Secretary General of the KT&G Scholarship Foundation, said, "It is meaningful to support young ballet talent so that they can pursue their dreams through quality education," and added, "We will continue to carry out scholarship programs to foster talent across the entire field of arts and culture."

Gwangjin Cultural Foundation is leading the revitalization of the local arts and culture ecosystem by operating a variety of cultural and artistic programs, including performances, festivals, and arts education, centered around Naru Art Center and Gwangjin Children's Theater.
