"Learning from the Soil, Dreaming of the Future"...Reflecting on the Region's Future Maeho Park, CEO of Nature and Future Co., Ltd.

Maeho Park, CEO of Nature and Future Co., Ltd., a company specializing in the production of eco-friendly organic pest control agents, will hold a publication ceremony for his book, "Learning from the Soil, Dreaming of the Future," which encapsulates his management philosophy and vision for the local community.

The publication ceremony will take place at the headquarters of Nature and Future Co., Ltd., located in Osan-myeon, Gokseong-gun, Jeollanam-do, from 2:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. on January 17.

Under the slogan "A Powerful and Charming Son of Honam," Park aims to share with readers his journey from being born in Boseong, Jeollanam-do, to becoming an expert in eco-friendly agriculture and growing a small business, as well as his in-depth reflections on the sustainable future of the region.

Park graduated from the Department of Agronomy at Chonnam National University and completed a master's program in Political Science at the same university. He is well known as a key figure in protecting the eco-friendly agricultural industry in Jeollanam-do and Korea, notably by providing 20 million won worth of his company’s eco-friendly products "Myeolchungdaejang Gold" and "Ssageuri" free of charge during the 2014 locust swarm in Haenam, thereby resolving the crisis.

The book "Learning from the Soil, Dreaming of the Future" vividly details his experiences as a venture entrepreneur and his aspirations for regional development, shaped through his activities in both politics and civil society, including serving as Co-Representative of the Roh Moo-hyun Citizen Participation Platform, Agricultural Policy Advisory Committee Member of the Jeollanam-do Provincial Council, and as a candidate for the Governor of Jeollanam-do during the 7th popular election.
