Platier Completes Agentic AI Service Deployment for Lotte Homeshopping in Just One Month

A Platier representative stated, "This contract will serve as a turning point for Platier to establish itself as an AI innovation partner supporting work innovation across enterprises, beyond just the e-commerce solutions sector."

This contract is significant in that it officially recognizes the technological capabilities and market competitiveness of the enterprise agentic AI platform. XGEN is an all-in-one platform that supports the entire process of designing, building, operating, and managing agentic AI services required by enterprises. Its key feature is its scalability, enabling broad application not only in the commerce sector but also across the entire value chain of an enterprise.

In particular, it supports a hybrid AI environment that allows the combined use of 22 leading public LLMs such as OpenAI, Google Gemini, and Claude, as well as various open-source models like DeepSeek, Qwen, and Llama. This enables enterprises to freely configure the optimal combination of models tailored to their objectives and work characteristics, and easily set up technical elements required for AI agent development, such as environment settings for each model, tool calls, MCP, and A2A integration. As a result, companies can significantly reduce both time and costs.

The core module of XGEN is the 'Visual Canvas Editor.' The Visual Canvas Editor provides a workflow environment that enables business users, rather than developers or AI engineers, to create AI agents using a no-code approach. Individual departments or users can directly develop AI agents and easily integrate and utilize various corporate resources such as internal documents, databases (DB), and existing system APIs. In addition, multiple AI agents can be interconnected to automate various work processes and enhance collaboration efficiency between departments.

Jin Byungkwon, Head of Platier's ECS AX Division, emphasized, "XGEN will become a core infrastructure for enterprise work automation through agentic AI, going beyond a simple AI platform," and added, "We will expand cooperation with leading companies across various industries to establish a new standard for Korean enterprise AI platforms."

Meanwhile, Platier is advancing XGEN as a vertical AI solution optimized for the characteristics of each industry. By providing customized AI services tailored to industry-specific regulations, work processes, and data formats on a single platform, the company enables enterprise clients to overcome the limitations of generic AI solutions and achieve AI innovation optimized for their respective industries.
