Singer G-Dragon has dominated the major categories of the annual charts on China's largest music platform, QQ Music, and Tencent Music Entertainment (TME).
According to his agency, Galaxy Corporation, on January 12, G-Dragon's full-length album "WEAVER MENSCH" was selected as "Album of the Year" on the QQ Music annual chart on January 9.
On the TME 2025 annual chart, G-Dragon also won three awards: K-pop Artist of the Year, K-pop Album of the Year, and K-pop Song of the Year for "HOME SWEET HOME." He was also listed among the "Top 10 K-pop Solo Artists of the Year."
The tracks "TOO BAD" and "TAKE ME" were included in the "K-pop Song of the Year" category. "TOO BAD" was selected as both a "High-Scoring Song of the Year" and an "All-Time High-Scoring Song," while "DRAMA" was also named a "High-Scoring Song of the Year." "HOME SWEET HOME" set a record as the longest-charting song on the Korean chart.
G-Dragon's third full-length album "WEAVER MENSCH," released in February last year, topped the iTunes album charts in 28 countries and surpassed 300 million cumulative streams on Spotify.
G-Dragon will hold a solo fan meeting at the KSPO DOME in Olympic Park, Songpa-gu, Seoul, from February 6 to 8.
