Shindonga Construction announced on the 12th that it held a contract prayer ceremony at Achasan Sunrise Square in Gwangjin-gu, Seoul.
The event, held on the 10th of this month, was attended by around 60 executives and employees, including Shindonga Construction President Kim Sejun. Following the early completion of its corporate rehabilitation process in October last year, the company prayed for both achieving its order target of 1 trillion won this year and ensuring zero accidents at its sites.
Celebrating its 49th anniversary this year, Shindonga Construction has set its management policy as "Growth Based on Trust, Shindonga Construction Advancing into the Future," and will focus on risk management by securing liquidity and strengthening organizational capabilities. The company plans to increase orders by focusing on highly profitable projects, foster new growth engines by discovering new businesses, and at the same time, strengthen its internal stability.
In addition, Shindonga Construction will proactively establish a safety management system in accordance with on-site quality processes. Securing external credibility and stabilizing the organization are also key priorities.
President Kim stated, "This year will be more challenging than ever," and added, "Let us wisely overcome the crisis based on trust and sound management, and lay the foundation for sustainable growth."
