Enhanced Satisfaction with Balanced Itinerary: Free Mornings and Key Sightseeing in the Afternoon
Three Categories: Thailand, Laos, and Vietnam
This promotion was designed based on Modetour’s own customer satisfaction survey results and recent market trends. The itinerary has been restructured so that travelers can spend their mornings freely according to their preferences and enjoy key sightseeing activities in the afternoon. By strengthening the balance between relaxation and sightseeing, the company aims to reduce travel fatigue and significantly enhance perceived satisfaction.
The promotion is organized into three categories: Thailand (Bangkok, Phuket, Chiang Mai), Laos, and Vietnam (Danang, Nha Trang, Hanoi, Phu Quoc), with products focused on major popular routes. In addition, Modetour is showcasing a diverse product lineup, including its flagship premium brand “Modu Signature” and exclusive small group product “Woorikkiri,” allowing customers to easily compare and choose from premium to private options all at once.
In particular, for the morning free time, accommodations have been carefully selected at hotels with high satisfaction ratings so that guests can fully enjoy the hotel facilities. The company has also expanded products departing from regional cities such as Busan, Cheongju, and Daegu to improve convenience for local customers. As a special benefit exclusive to this promotion, an instant discount of up to 100,000 KRW is offered.
The flagship product, “[Late Wake-Up Package] Phu Quoc 5 Days,” has ranked first with a 36% share of promotion bookings since its launch. The itinerary features a stay at the world-chain 5-star Pullman Phu Quoc Beach Resort, allowing guests to enjoy leisurely mornings without wake-up calls. Guests can relax at the resort, which boasts the largest swimming pool in Phu Quoc, and enjoy the three must-see night tours in Phu Quoc (Grand World, Sunset Town, Duong Dong Night Market), as well as tickets to “Kiss of the Sea” and the Kiss Bridge tour, offering a rich lineup of evening activities. The package also includes benefits such as a full-body massage and four special meals to further enhance the resort experience.
A Modetour representative stated, “This new promotion was developed based on customer demand for a more relaxed schedule, as identified in our own satisfaction survey. We will continue to thoughtfully reflect the diverse preferences and lifestyles of our customers, and will keep expanding Modetour’s differentiated product lineup.”
